PAYMENT AND DELIVERY


1) Payment via Credit Cards on Our Website You can use our online single payment options with all types of credit cards.

For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.

In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellations or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

2) Order Refund

In case of order cancellation for any reason, POSEIDOWN SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days.

However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information correctly and completely to our company's finance officials.

3) Delivery

We strive to ship your ordered products on the same day.

For products that take time to procure, the shipping time is 3 business days, as stated in the product details.

You will be informed in case of any possible delivery delays.

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order.

Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via our contracted shipping company.

Your orders will be delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days after confirmation.

4) Payment Tracking

If the system is unable to process the transaction due to any problem, the visitor will be informed of this situation on the payment page.

In case of any error in the specified address, the customer who placed the order will be contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered.

The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.

We are responsible for the successful delivery not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.

Please Note! If you believe the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the delivery company representative.

If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the shipping company prepare a damage report.

After the product is received, it is assumed that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty.

If the product is damaged: Please send the damage report you have prepared to info@poseidown.com as soon as possible.

Once you have completed these steps, we will begin working on your package and arrange for a reshipment as soon as possible.
